13. Placing and shipping an order
You can place your order with one of the following ways:

14. Canceling an order
You can cancel your order in any given time by calling at +30 216-8001003 or via e-mail at info@psistis.gr. After that you will be informed about your options.
15. Return rights
You can return a product and we will give you back the price if you notice us in writing within 14 working days using the return form or via phone at 216-8001003.With your right to withdrawal you are oblidged to return the product in the same perfect condition you received it and within the same time we are oblidged to return the amount to you. In any case the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary documentation and receipts. Shipping costs of returning the product are not covered by psistis.gr and are charged to the client. The returned money from psistis.gr will not include the original shipping costs to you.

You can pay at the driver of the cooperative courier company when you receive your order. The additional cost for this service is 1.00€ incl. VAT. For all oversized products, this service is not valid.

2. Transport agency.
Products of great bulk or/and products that weight over 10kg and are destined to be shipped to Greece (excl. Attica), will be send with a transport agency.
Estimated delivery time: 3-4 days. The parcel is received from the warehouses of each agency within large cities. For delivering the products directly to your home, you will have to make a special arrangement with the transport agency.

For over-sized products, the delivery in the territory of Attica will be done with our own means.
