Responsibly sourced and produced in Finland from sustainable forests, our high-quality, food-grade charcoal is fired in small batches to ensure ultra-low ash and moisture content for an efficient, sustained burn, and is ready for cooking within 15 minutes from lighting.
Harvested from Finnish forests accredited by the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC), the solid, slow-growing birch trees mean a more flavoursome, higher density charcoal for efficient, prolonged burning.
