As fanatic BBQ-lovers with a
passion for fire we, Jaco Bruinekool and Martijn Schimmel, have seen the demand
for open fire cooking grow steadily in recent times. We understand this, with
all the technical gadgets in the 21st century we all sometimes ask for an
outlet, a taste for authenticity. This has inspired us to give new meaning to
an original Dutch product: the Dutch Oven!
It is said that the Dutch Oven
got its name because Dutch merchants sold the oven at people's doors. Dutch
colonists who stayed in America used the oven regularly.
Our mission is to bring the Dutch
Oven back to its roots! With a very Dutch name and unique products of a very
Dutch quality, we have brought the Dutch Oven back home.
Now we also want to take the next
step.
The Dutch Oven was always an
important tool where eating together and sharing were key. This is also why a
Dutch Oven became an important heirloom within the family. We believe that in
times when everyone is busier than ever it is important to cook, eat and above
all have fun and share together.
We do everything in our power to
make our products with a fair price-quality ratio and a traditional Dutch
